Roop is a caring Physiotherapist with a special interest in women’s health who prides herself in providing you with individualized and evidence-informed physiotherapy to help you achieve the best possible results.

Roop graduated from the University of East London, UK with a Master of Science Degree in Physiotherapy in 2013. Prior to that, Roop graduated from Guru Nanak Dev University, India with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.  Roop has extensive post-professional training including Soft Tissue Manipulation, Kinesiology Taping, Mulligan Technique, Diabetes Educator Certificate Program, Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Concussion Management and training in Rehab Stott Pilates Matt-work.  This enables Roop to provide a comprehensive and tailored approach to her clients’ needs.

Roop’s interest in women’s health has inspired her to pursue additional professional training and is qualified in Level 1, 2 and 3 of ‘The Physical Therapy Approach to Female & Male Urinary Incontinence’ and ‘Female and Male Pelvic Pain’, Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Specialist Certification and Advanced Training in Pelvic and Women’s Health.

Beyond her professional life, Roop enjoys reading, traveling and spending quality time with her beautiful family.
