Jim is a Manual Osteopath, Registered Massage Therapist, and Certified Bioflex Laser Clinician with a sensitive style of treatment to address various client circumstances. After honing his diagnostic skills during many years as a Field Engineer for BMW North America he returned to school to become an Osteopath and turn his skills from working on high-powered machinery to helping people leverage their body’s innate ability to heal itself and maximize their performance.
Coming from a family populated with Olympians, world record holders, and national level athletes, Jim has been immersed in the world of athletics and extreme sports nearly from birth. He specializes in assisting athletes of all ages (and especially masters) to get to their personal best.
As either a competitor or instructor in Downhill / Extreme Skiing, Motorcycle Racing – On and Off Road, Whitewater Kayaking and Canoeing, Kite Surfing, Archery, Ultra-Distance Cycling, Paragliding, Rock and Ice Climbing, Trekking, Football (American), Martial Arts and Shooting Sports, Jim fully understands the biomechanical demands you place on your body
When he’s not working or participating in sports Jim can be found volunteering for Dufferin County Search and Rescue and the King Township Food Bank.
