Christine is a compassionate person and a well-rounded Physiotherapist. She graduated from McGill University with an Applied Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. Prior to that, Christine earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences and her Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy from York University.

Already possessing many professional credentials, Christine has continued to broaden her professional knowledge. She has completed numerous professional development activities, including Massage therapy, Neurofunctional Acupuncture, Soft Tisssue release and K-taping. Christine has also completed her post-graduate Diploma in Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and is a Fellow of Canadian Academy of Manual Physiotherapy. Continuously adopting new, powerful skills, Christine is dedicated in keeping both her brain and hands updated so she can maximize the effectiveness in helping her clients.

With many years of experience, Christine believes that a combination of communication, specific hands-on techniques, precise choice of therapeutic modalities, and individualized exercises are most effective for pain relief, functional recovery and long-term injury prevention. Regardless of the condition, Christine applies this multi-modal approach to optimize functional recovery.

When not working, Christine enjoys reading in both English and Chinese and attending performing arts. She loves paddling and cycling in the summer and is an avid alpine skier in the winter. Christine holds a Level 2 ski-instructor certificate with the Canadian Ski Instructor Alliance.
