Adam is an experienced clinician with a focus on sports and general musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Adam has been practicing physiotherapy since he graduated from Queens University with a Masters of Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 2012. Previously, Adam attended Brock University, where he earned his Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology.  Adam’s experience extends to working with the Toronto Thunder Football Club over many seasons providing athletic therapy related services as a Kinesiologist.

Adam has continued his passion for learning and advancing his skills through continuing education courses in Concussion Management, Soft Tissue Release Treatment, Medical Acupuncture, Dry Needling, McKenzie Spine Therapy and Mulligan Therapy Treatment.  Currently, Adam is pursuing his Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Adam’s desire to become a Physiotherapist was sparked from his experience playing elite soccer and hockey as well as many other sports which inevitable resulted in various injuries. Since then, Adam has maintained a passion for treating athletes who have played in the NHL and CFL as well as semi-professional athletes in basketball and golf.  Although Adam has an athletic background, he thrives in treating many types of musculoskeletal injuries for clients of all ages. Adam believes in finding the root cause to your injury and will build a client-focused and customized treatment plan using the latest physiotherapy research.

Outside the office, you can find Adam working out at the gym, playing hockey, soccer, volleyball, rock climbing, snowboarding or wakeboarding. Adam also enjoys cars and various do it yourself projects.
